I include the fix he is looking for in the zip file I made for our web site
customers.  It's in MY zip file.  He will have to get it from the Novell web
site, the way I did.  Tell him to go to the Novell site again and search for the
file TSANDS.EXE.  That is the self extracting file that Novell provides for you
to download.  It is there.

Ok Eric, I give, where did you find the TSANDS v4.14. After upgrading our
servers to 4.11 and appl,lying IWSP3A, the TSANDS version is still 4.13.
Since I have been having problems with the NDS backups tasking WAY
too long, I'd like to see if what you mentioned here fixes it, but can't seem
to find the file on Novell's web site. Please let me know if you can...

       For NetWare 4.11, do NOT install the SMS modules shipped with this
PTF.  The modules SMDR.NLM, TSA410.NLM and TSANDS.NLM shipped
with the 4.11 OS should be used.  Do not try to install the SMS modules
with the INSTDSM.NLM utility.  Furthermore, NetWare 4.11 users must
upgrade to TSANDS.NLM v4.14 (3-31-97) in order to properly back up
the NDS schema.  This fix is included in the zip file you downloaded
for the ADSM NetWare client.
