Greetings,
When I try to access my ADSM server via Hummingbird's Exceed 5
I receive the following error message (on the hummingbird console)

Warning: Locale not supported by C library, locale unchanged
         Unable to open message catalog file <ipf.cat>
         WMSERR_LOAD_PDL_FILE on file open,
         WMSERR_LOAD_PDL_FILE = 2
         Could not display severe error message box rc=800
         Severe error in ADSM graphical user interface
