David...we'll have to wait for the detailed technical report for tuning
parameters, but I wonder if you are aware of the enhancements in PTF12
for 3590s.  I'm finding it hard to keep up with this adsm-l forum, so
I don't know if one of our 3590 developers has posted any of this
previously.  If not, I'll hunt down some of the details on the
enhancements and post them....or maybe the readme for ptf12 has info?
