To backup a cc:Mail post office, you can do one of two things:

1) Specify SHAREDSTATIC as your copy method.  This will allow open files
(MLANDATA, CLANDATA) to be saved as long as no changes are occuring to
these files during the backup time.  Users running cc:Mail would have
MLANDATA open, causing ADSM to retry the file based on your CHANGINGRETRIES
setting.

2) Close the post office prior to backup.
