Hi There

ANS7532E - Error loading PCSHLL.DLL

I am getting  this error on the Windows 3.1 client. According to the
Messages manual, this error occurs when
using 3270 comms.

I am using the Win 3.1 client (IP21004) .

How do I get past this problem? Was this problem fixed in later
versions?
