Hi everyone, I have questions about backing up data bases.
At this past SHARE the speaker said that EBU(for backing up Oracle) did
not work on SUN machines.  It this still true?    What other products
are being used to backup Oracle data bases, Sybase data bases?

In general, does the data base backup utility need an optional component
to communicate with ADSM's API, such as in the following:
DB Backup utility <--> backup interface <---> ADSM API <--->ADSM
