Is it possible to have ADSM make a repair disk during every backup?  This
could be a disk image or whatever.  I know that copies of the registry are
made, but it is not very easy to restore registries of a whole system in a
single step, like it is with a repiar disk.

  How about a way to turn the backed up registries into a repair disk?
