Greetings all.

I have just installed the SAP R/3 backint interface for ADSM on my NT
machine. Unfortunately it doesn't want to back up my SAP R/3 database. I
issue a brbackup command for a single tablespace ("brbackup -m psappoold
-c") and everything seems to go normally with tablespaces set in backup mode
and control files backed up then comes the time to actually copy the data to
and control files backed up then comes the time to actually copy the data to
tape and I get the following error message:

BKI0016E: Not enough sessions available (1 required 0 available).

Then everything cleans up tidily and goes away leaving my database usable
but not backed up.

I also tried issuing the backint command on the command line to inspect the
content of the backups created so far ("backint -p
%ORACLE_HOME%\rdbms72\init<SID>.utl -f inquire") and it also fails after
reading my supplied input. The error message this time is:

CreateProcess: The system cannot file the path specified.
The backclient prozess could not be started !!!

(Spelling, capitalisation and punctuation reproduced verbatim.)

I suspect there may be a problem linking to the backagent.exe program but it
is in the same directory as backint so I am baffled.

Any ideas?
