I am in the process of rolling out 1000 clients for WfW 3.11 using an AIX
ADSM server on an SP2.

I put the scheduler piece in startup group so the users dont have to
iniated it.  We use a default password in the DSM.OPT (Password=xxxx).

To protect their backups users can change their password in the backup
client. all is fine untill they reboot, the scheduler then prompts them
for a password.  We are trying to avoid this to make backups transparent,
the only time they need to deal w/ADSM should be when they have to do a
restore.

Is there a way from the server side not to request authentication for the
scheduler only?  And always prompt the  user when accessing the
filespace?
