I'm new to adsm so I could have this wrong.
but even though during an incremental the  amount of data can be small,
don't you still need to consider the traffic going the other way, i.e.,
the server sending from the database the image of the client to compare
in preparation for the incremental, this burst at the beginning could be
larger than the incremental.
