Thomas The answer to the first question is set up an administrative
command to change the migration threshold you have set on your disk
storage pool. Normal setting 80% high 60% low. Set them to 20% high
and 10% low. This is just an example this will start migration from
your primary storage pool to the secondary which I assume is tape.

Your second question. Im not aware of anything you can use to kick off
an administrative command based on the completion of another task. Im
sure there is something you can use to parse the ADSM log's for the
completion, then set up scripts to submit the command. But every shop
is different in this regard.
