Yes, you can back up a primary storage pool to more than one copy storage
pool.  Should you need to restore a primary volume/pool, you can either
use the Copystgpool parameter to specify the pool from which the copies
will be obtained, or you can let the server decide where to get the
copies.  If the copy storage pool is not specified, the server will
try to find file copies which are not on offsite volumes.
