Anyone seen the following?

02/04/97   17:17:44  ANR9999D pkshmem.c(557): Warning: attempt to free invalid
                      shared memory block: Address=301096B8, HdrP=301096B0,
                      HdrP->next=30109860.

After this, drive allocation requests don't work right.  ADSM sometimes thinks
that drives are not available, when in fact they are.
