I am running an ADSM Server on OS/2 platform, the Communication  : TCP/IP

currently backing up Lotus Notes Client, and have encounted this error:

      SYS1811 : The process has stopped
                The software diagnostic code (trap number) is 000D.

Could anyone advise, thanks in advance
