Bill,
Disk 2 of the netware client, has a self-extracting file named
adsmdoc.exe. One of the files in it is called ndsback.txt. This
file should be of some help to you.
Also, this doc will be updated with the newest NetWare client
which is due out shortly. This is the PTF 6 which we had to pull
off of the FTP sites last week due to a problem.
