Hi Mark,

Win32 RC 1314 error is a priviledge not held error.  You need to set the
NT access rights to be able to do the backup.  This is described in the
Backup/Archive Client Readme Files under the following topics in the
General Information section:

"Required NT Account User Rights forRunning ADSM"
"Modifying NT Built-in Backup Operators Group to Run ADSM"
