More info on TCP/IP communications failure

I was having the same problem some time ago.  I changed the server parms
of COMMT and IDLET  to the following values and the problem was resolved
(I received this tip from the SQL-Backtrack folks).  Hope this helps.
COMMTimeout     6000
IDLETimeout     150
