Has anyone ever used RESET LOGConsumption to reset the recovery log?

Seems the recovery log will not reset the % utilization after the
incremental backups.  I am trying to avoid a full backup of a 13 gig DB.
A full backup was just done this weekend.  My recovery log is in
rollforward mode.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
