Hi,

I'm the fellow responsible for packaging PTF6 for the ftp server.  I
apologize for the problems and any delays and confusion they may have
caused.

I have corrected the problems of which I have been made aware:
o the read permission for "other" is now properly set on the
  windows/32-bit/README.WIN.v2r1m6.IP20993 file
o I did not realize the HQX file was an ASCII file.  I have re-ftp'd
  the file in ASCII.
o I have compressed the Sol25 pkg file.
