Jerry,
        Since reclamation is a storagepool function, I don't think you can use
it to directly 'migrate' data to another storagepool.  The quickest way
to cleanup the old storagepool would be to use the MOVE DATA command.
Even though it involves an extra step, you might want to consider using
the MOVE DATA to move the least full tapes in the old storagepool back
to the disk storagepool, then have your normal migration process move
the data to the new tape storagepool..... I've found this to be much
faster than moving data between tape storagepools because you can run
quite a few of these concurrently (plus you can keep your tape operators
happy by generating a tape pulllist ahead of time).  This of course is a
moot point if you have a tape silo.
