There is a performance fix for 'q occ' in level 10 of the mvs server and
probably in the other v2 servers too.  It is very impressive!  I run a set
of 'q occ' commands each week to get data for a report.  With level 9, the
job was taking almost 2 hours elapsed time.  With level 10, the job ran in
under 7 minutes!  This is on a database of 2.9m pages, holding 15m files.
