I am configuring an ADSM Netware gateway using Netware SAA 2.0.  ADSM
server and client are V2.  The APPC connection gets the following error
at the Netware end:

CpicOpen: Error unable to allocate conversation, rc: CM_PARAMETER_ERROR
          (19) from CPIC call csmallc.

The independent LU shows as active and in session to my ADSM server APPL.
A GTF trace shows the PU type 2.1 conversation start.  Mode SNASVCMG is
sent followed by my logmode.  The session then hangs and this error is 
generated.
I verified that I am using the same logmode in the Netware definition and on my 
ILU
and ADSM APPL definitions.  My DSM.OPT is using Symbolicdestination as
defined in the CPIC side information.  It appears to be a problem with the 
Netware
SAA configuration.  Any help would be appreciated.
