Jerry, the OBA code is part of the ADSM AIX client 2.1.5 on the ftp server
you mentioned: index.storsys.ibm.com. The AIX client for 3.2 is IP20847
and the version of the client for 4.1 is U44094. The OBA code is part of
the ADSM api, so when you install the api you'll get the OBA code.
