Dwight, I guess technically you could use HSM to migrate stuff, but it might
be dangerous to move things that might be referenced quickly.  If there are
many documents within a file, and only one document is requested, the
entire larger file will be recalled.  In general, I don't recommend using
hsm with applications, unless you really understand what you're doing.

The only application use I've seen is for database archive log files, which
are not active files.  Any other opinions on this?
