AIX 3.2 I took a look at what is on the IBM site, which is:

Customers depending upon mirror sites seem to be missing something...
over 12 MB.  This is why I don't trust mirror sites, and have been
looking to IBM to improve the access to their authoritative site so
that it doesn't take 26 hours to download a fix file like this.
