WIN32-BIT V2R1M4

I just downloaded the new version of Windows 32 bit V2R1M4 and
the file V2R1M4.WIN (Readme file) is the same as V2R1M3. Did IBM
forget to update the readme file? I'm sure there is a difference between
M3 and M4. With M4 can we run ADSM from an ADSM schedule
instead of using WIN NT service utility? If not, does anyone know
when this will happen?
