Make sure that the two NLM's `TSANDS' and `TSA410' are loaded before running
ADSM... also make sure the configuration files are setup properly, ADSM for
netware seems to be rather pickey about how you specify things.  The SYS volume
on a 4.1 server would be specified like this:  `SERVERNAME\SYS:'
