You have to modify this on the server, using the parameter
TXNGroupmax in the DSMSERV.OPT options file.
I have mine set to 100 for my API application.
The maximum is 256; the minimum is 4.  It works
in concert with TXNBytelimit.  Both are described
in the "Installing the Server and Administrative
Client" book.
