I'm downloading the hpux 10 client as we speak (boy, it's slow today),
and it appears to be an hp 10.x format image.  Also, the two README files
indicate to use swinstall (not update).  Check again.

The top line from the hpux.v2r1m4.IP20824.README.ftp file is

*  ADSM HP/UX 10 Client v2.1.0.3 (Fix IP20824) Install Instructions
