  The problem turned out to be in Warp FixPak 17, not ADSM. However,
ADSM did come up with a workaround for the OS/2 Warp FixPak 17 problem,
which was included in PTF 3 for the OS/2 clients.  Please order PTF 3,
or download it from the anonymous FTP server index.storsys.ibm.com
or its mirror locations.  I put the PTF numbers below.

  The OS/2 Warp APAR taken for this problem, PJ21756, has now been
closed, and the closing text says that the permanent fix for the
problem will be included in Warp FixPak 20 or later.

The PTF numbers for the various OS/2 PTF 3 clients are:
