Not to harp on the replies you have already gotten but....

As a customer of both SAMS:DISK and ADSM, you don't need SAMS:DISK with
ADSM, nor will they function together.  ADSM will do it's own migration to
tape, tape reclaimation, etc.

Other than that your environment sounds fine....
