IBM has just opened an APAR (IC13440) to my PMR (6902X) for what sounds
like the same problem: files with expire dates past 12/31/99 cannot be
restored/retrieved/deleted via the 2.1.0.3 GUI because of expire date
filtering using a time locale with 2-digit year (mm/dd/yy). I created a
special locale for ADSM (mm/dd/yyyy) and the files became visible again.
The problem was caused by the client using the NLS time locale instead
of the previous ADSM DATEFORMAT option.

Tom Bell
