Are there any advantages to moving to AIX 4.1 for running ADSM?

Two specific items that come to mind are:

1) Does ADSM make use of threads under 4.1 and does this result in any
   significant performance improvement?

2) Can ADSM make use of logical volumes larger than 2gb for databases
   and storage pools?

Are there any other significant advantages?
