My vote would be for PS - I just grabbed the file and dropped it on the
printer - doesn't get more simple than that!   I would suggest that a larger
manual be broken up in more manageable units (such as chapters) - I get enough
stares when I print a GI manual on the shared LaserJet - would hate to think
about having to print a decent sized manual, let alone something like the
Admin Reference.
