3590 random mode lib HELP!

After a power hit we have 2 volumes in a random mode 3590 library which are
failing. I hope the other 8 are okay, but now have to recover the others. We
have DR backups, but I need help re the procedure. (Our consultant is out of
town, of course.) I will appreciate any help and need it soon. --Diane
