Hans,

I would recommend you get in touch with your IBM support centre to confirm
whether this is the problem documented in APAR II08975. If so, you will
need to dump and restore the volume assignment object (AS.Volume.Assignment)
using the standalone DSMSERV DUMPDB and DSMSERV LOADDB programs. It is
fully documented in the APAR how to do this and the only advice I would
offer in addition is to ignore the message at the end of the operation to
run auditdb - it is not a necessary step.

This whole activity can be quite lengthy - depending on your DB size - and
your service will unavailable whilst you do it. Good luck!
