I am trying to backup 120+ PC clients running NT/OS2/Win95 with
NTFS/HPFS/FAT filesystems with "server initiated backup/archive".
Most of these PC are eventually going to be dual boot machines.
Our plan is to run the NT client and backup all the NT/OS2/Win95
filesystems. Ofcourse people would have to leave their machines
running NT everynight ( I am not comfortable with this idea but
this is the only way I can think off which will allow us to backup
all the filesystems ).
Has anybody tried something like this? Is there a better scheme for
backing up machines with dual boot? We don't want to use
"client initiated backup" and have the users go
through the hassle of scheduling/monitoring the backups.
Thanks in Advance,
---Anjan.
