The server won't start the 2nd schedule until the first is done, if they are
for the same node.  You could make seperate nodes for each filespace.  What
I recommend is that the client use cron and start multiple DSMC runs;
for example,

dsmc i /fs1 at 3:00
dsmc i /fs2 at 3:05
etc.

If these filespaces are full of ordinary user files, you probably won't
transfer that much each backup after the big initial backup.  If you are
backing up whole databases, look into a product like SQLBacktrack which
can take hot database incrementals.
