ADSM/6000 running with IPX

I would like to enable IPX on my adsmserver but am having problems.  I am
running ADSM 2.1 and AIX 4.1.4.  I have the ipx.rte package installed but I
must be missing something because I have no way (that I see) to
initialize/configure IPX services on the box and ADSM drops error messages
when I add the IPX stuff to my server options file.  Does any one know what
I'm missing??
