Windows NT: Last Access Date Changed

Hello IBM,

the ADSM Windows NT client V2R1L2 is changing the last access
date of the files when sending them to the server. The last
access date can be fetched by the Perl "stat" function
(Intergraph Perl Port 0.1.00.04.02)

The backup software "Arcserve" does not change this time stamp.

Is this a known problem? Will it be solved with the 32-bit
client?

When will be the Windows NT API available?

Any comments highly appreciated.
