tTwo questions open for discussion to ALL:

 1)  Can a LAN Administrator access a "Master Log File"  which
     will enable the Administrator to view Log Files of all
     the workstations on their LAN ?


2) Can a user associate a specific nodename and password to an
   exclusive workstation IP Address ?
