The other method is to put the -NWUSER option on the command line.  If your 
server is physically secured and you don't mind having the password listed in 
plain text in your autoexec.ncf you can include a line like the following:

LOAD DSMC SCH -PASSWORD=NODEPASS -NWUSER=SERVER\USER:NWPASS

Where NODEPASS is your ADSM node's password on the ADSM server, SERVER is the 
Netware server's name, USER is the Netware account that ADSM will use to access 
files, and NWPASS is the password for that Netware account.
