IBM employees in the USA may order ITSO books and CD-ROMs using PUBORDERDER.

or by faxing 1-800-284-4721.  Visa and Master Cards are accepted.
Outside the USA, customers should contact their local IBM office.

Customers may order hardcopy ITSO books individually or in customized
sets, called GBOFs, which relate to specific functions of interest.
