Windows 3.1 Standard Mode Support

Subject: Windows 3.1 Standard Mode Support

When starting the ADSM Client in Win 3.1 Standard mode the system hangs
when checking the drives available. Is there any way to get ADSM work work
correctly in standard mode? The system does work in enhanced mode.
