Has anyone noticed (or reported) problems with client sessions after a
password is changed?

We are running the MVS server at Level 14, and the problem occurs on a windows
client at level 7.  The customer starts the scheduler, and receives the
message that the password has expired.  He replys by changing the password.
The password is changed, but then the scheduler cannot reconnect to the
server.  The server log shows the following message sequence:

  08/15/1995 06:41:42    ANR0400I Session 243 started for node RA44276 
(Windows).
  08/15/1995 06:41:42    ANR0425W Session 243 refused - password has expired.
  08/15/1995 06:41:42    ANR0403I Session 243 ended for node RA44276 (Windows).
  08/15/1995 06:46:30    ANR0400I Session 244 started for node RA44276 
(Windows).
  08/15/1995 06:46:31    ANR0403I Session 244 ended for node RA44276 (Windows).
  08/15/1995 06:46:33    ANR0400I Session 245 started for node RA44276 
(Windows).
  08/15/1995 06:46:34    ANR0444W Protocol error on session 245 - 
out-of-sequence verb (type CSQryPending) received.
  08/15/1995 06:46:34    ANR0484W Session 245 terminated - protocol violation 
detected.

Anyone else seen this?  Or is it a personal problem?
