Bonjour,

We use ADSM/VM to backup Suns, IBM/Aix and HP-UX fileservers.
We noticed the following problem relative to Unix dates of a
file restored with ADSM (V1R2 Level 0.10).

Unix times (LMT,LAT,LUT for Last Modified, Last Accessed and Last
Updated) are not what I would expect for a restored file compared
to the original one :

LMT is the same (at least and that's the most important)
LUT is different (but I can understand that (utime system call))

but LAT is also different (=LUT) ! does it mean that the LAT is not
saved and stored in ADSM DB during an ADSM backup ?
'Cause utime can also reset this date if available ...

cheers, michel
