One important thing that I left out of my description of DLT drives is
that they are not suitable for all uses.  If you can't drive the data
to them fast enough, they may perform worse than 4mm or 8mm.  For a
network backup facility like ADSM, you should carefully benchmark the
performance before cutting the check.  Get a trial period or 30 day
money back guarantee.
