I apologize if my previous posting made it appear that I misunderstood
that Boulder does not initially distribute ADSM.  My complaint is that
when I opened a PMR and asked if I could ship the pertinent documentation
via internet (VNET) rather than attempting to re-type it into an ETR,
I was told by at least two separate IBM representatives that they didn't
have email.  Every IBMer may have equal access to the internet, but it
is clear that some IBMers are much more equal than others!  I'm really
MUCH more interested in code that works than what the distribution path
may be!
