You should definitely get the latest PTF.  We're currently at
version 1.2.0.4, and will be shipping 1.2.0.6 in a month or so.
1.1.0.18 is about a year old.

You can get the latest from our FTP server at index.storsys.ibm.com.
This should fix your problem.  If not, let us know ;)
