Martha, I've never had a failure of a database volume, but I would
expect that the approach would be to prepare the replacement volume
in the same way you do a new database volume, i.e., a CMS FORMAT and
then a RESERVE. Then just bring it online. ADSM should recognize
that it is a "stale" mirror and should bring it back into sync.
